Job Summary: The Analyst, Office of the Chairman, provides comprehensive and proactive support to the Chairman on a wide range of complex administrative activities ranging from documentation management to preparing transcripts. The job holder reports to Technical Adviser to the Chairman
This person will assist the Chairman by:
- drafting letters, memos, briefs, reports, etc.
- receiving documents
- coordinating administrative functions in the CEO's office
- handling documents and filing
- recording minutes of ad hoc and staff meetings

Required Knowledge and Skills
- A self-starter, keen and confident to use own initiative
- Proactive with a “can do” work ethic
- Able to establish priorities, maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Bright, with a confident personality
- Solid administrative/organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A mature, responsible, assertive attitude
- Excellent organisation skills
- Applicants must possess very good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Above average numeracy skills to work with financial systems and resolve queries
- A clear evidence of ability to support a busy executive and work to schedule is an advantage
Educational / Professional Qualification(s)
- A bachelor’s degree in science or arts
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2-6 years work experience in an administrative role
- Experience of working with a top government appointee is highly desirable
