GUIDELINES ON APPLICATION:

The following are the steps to take when using this system:

1. Start by clicking on "APPLICATION FORM" to apply for the Screening Examination of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto by filling all the fields provided. Make sure you enter the correct JAMB No. and JAMB Score, as you will be responsible for any mistake on your JAMB No. Your JAMB No. after the registration, becomes your access code.
   
   
2. Make sure you have your scanned passport photograph ready for upload. The size of the passport must not be more than 100KB of JPEG format.
   
   
3. Non-Nigerians are not expected to choose any State or Local Government.
   
   
4. After submission, a page is automatically generated that displays all the information you have submitted. Note that an "INVOICE NO" is generated too. Print that page as that would serve as your invoice which you will take to the bank. More information on how to make payments are provided on the page.
   
   
5. Keep your Invoice No. safe.
   
   
6. You can click on "MY RECORD" to review your submitted information. You have to access your record with your "JAMB No." and "INVOICE No." On this page, you can "EDIT" all your information except your passport photograph as this is uneditable. So make sure the correct passport is uploaded before submission. You can also "REGENERATE INVOICE" in case you misplace your invoice or for other reasons.
   
   
7. Although the "CHECK RESULT" page may not be readily available now, be notified that you will have to check your result whenever it is out by clicking the "CHECK RESULT MENU" link.
   
   
8. The "REPORT ISSUES" avails you the opportunity to report any complaints you may have. Make sure you provide your correct email address as that would serve as the only channel to which reply would be sent. You may also call the contact phone nos.
   
   
9. On confirmation of your payment at the bank, you shall be issued an EXAMINATION No. through email and SMS. Login with your JAMB No. and this Examination No. to print your APPLICATION FORM.
   
   
10. Applicants are advised to also note their subject combinations as follows:
    
    

• DE GROUP are to select any five (5) subjects from: English, Agric. Science, Law, Education, Mathematics, Geography, Lit. in English, History, Biology, Accounting, French, Arabic, Chemistry, Economics, Hausa, Physics, Government and Islamic Studies.
  
  UTME GROUPS
  
• GROUP A Subject Combinations - English, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Biology
  
  
• GROUP B Subject Combinations - Any Five (5) subjects from: English, Accounting, Geography, Mathematics, Economics, Government, History.
  
  
• GROUP C. Subject Combinations - English, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and either Biology or Agric. Science.
  
  
• GROUP D. Subject Combinations - English and any other three (3) subjects from: Lit. in English, French, Islamic Studies, Government, History, Hausa and Arabic.
