Northwest university has scheduled its 2013/2014 post UTME screening exercise for candidates who chose the university as either first or second choices in the UTME exams. Candidates, who may not have made the university’s first or second choice, but wish to be considered for admission into degree programmes of the Northwest University may also apply.
The dates are as outlined below: 1. Examination date: 28th-29th September. 2013

1. Eligibility
a. candidates must have northwest university as their first or second choice in jamb examination.
b.candidates who did not make the university first or second choice but wish to be considered for the degree programmes of northwest university are eligible to apply.
c. THE GENERAL CUT -OFF MARK IS 180
d. candidates must ensure that they possess 5 relevant credits (including English and mathematics ) in their SSCE/NECO examination.
A.REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
a. online post UTME registration shall start on 9th September, 2013 and ends on 22nd September, 2013.
b. candidates are to register online at the university’s portal www.nwuport.com or www.nwu.edu.ng. MAKE YOUR REGISTRATION NOW
c. candidates are to scan and upload to the portal their recent digital passport-size photograph measuring not more than 200 x 150mm showing both ears and eyes.
Blurred photographs shall disqualify the applicant; candidates are to print the completed online form for presentation on the day of the examination.
d. payment invoice from the university’s website/portal to generate an invoice and proceed to the bank for the payment of the sum of three thousand naira(N3000) only.
Candidates should thereafter proceed to any cybercafé of their choice for the online registration
e. candidates who did not make the university first or second choice, but wish to be considered for the degree awarding programmes of northwest university should also register in the university portal stated above to generate an invoice of three thousand five hundred naira (N3500) only.
