Instructions for Online Registration for ABU Post-UTME Screening
1. Registration for the
screening exercise will commence from Tuesday 9th July, 2014 and close
on Thursday 7th August, 2014. Applicants are required to pay a sum of
N2, 200.00 for the screening exercise. This is exclusive of bank
administrative charges of N200.00.
2. To make the payment,
candidates are advised to visit the University PUTME registration
portal (putme.abu.edu.ng) and Generate a Transaction Payment Slip, print
the slip and proceed to any of the designated banks below for payment.

4. After making payment

scheduled test and a printout of the UTME result MUST be submitted on
the day of the screening. Candidates MUST keep photocopies of all
submissions for their own records.
6. Candidates MUST
arrive at the screening venue at least One Hour before their scheduled
screening time, to ensure proper briefing and accreditation.

Step 1: Visit www.putme.abu.edu.ngStep 2: When it load up, type in your JAMB number and state of origin on the login page and click on login
Step 3: Please note that a transaction ID will be generated for you, you are then required to printout the Slip and go to any of the designated banks listed above and make payment.
Step 4: Ensure that you login after payment to complete your registration and schedule for the Screening test
Step 5: You should also provide your personal records if missing and click update.
Step 6: You must provide a valid GSM number and Email address, this will be the only means which the school will use in contacting you.
Step 7: You should ensure that you upload your true passport size photograph in JPG format (not more than 100KB) and O/level results (where available).
Step 8: Make sure that you choose awaiting result where applicable. Ensure that your photograph is uploaded, before submitting the form.
Step 9: Then click on the save button.
Important Note:
Step 10: When you click on the “save button”, you will automatically be redirected to the Portal where you will be scheduled for the screening.
Step 11: Please, make sure that you print out 2 copies of the Scheduling slip and bring them along during the screening exercise.
