ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COMMENCEMENT OF ADMISSION INTO PART TIME DEGREE PROGRAMMES FOR 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION
This is to inform all prospective applicants and the general public on the commencement of admission into part time degree programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session in the Institute for Continuing and Innovative Education (ICIE), Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil.
The following programmes shall be run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on the Wudil main campus of the University and its other campuses located at Sports Institute, Karfi and Kano State Institute for Information Technology, Kura:

(2) B.Sc (Hons.) Geography
(3) B.Sc. (Ed.) Geography
(4) B.Sc. (Ed.) Mathematics
(5) B.Sc. (Ed.) Physics
(6) B. Sc. (Ed.) Agric
(7) B.SC (Ed.) Chemistry
(8) B.Sc. (Ed.) Biology

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
(1) UTME Applicants: Five O’level credits including English Language, Mathematics and three relevant credits in the sciences, Applicants must have minimum of 160 points in the 2020 / 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
(i) Direct Entry (DE) Applicants: Prospective applicants with National Diploma (ND), National Certificate in Education (NCE), Interim Joint Matriculation Board (LIMB) Certificates and other relevant qualifications with minimum of Upper Credit and Eight (8) points respectively are eligible to apply
However, applicants with less than Upper Credit and Eight (8) points may be considered for admission
Direct Entry (DE) applicants must satisfy the O’level requirements in respect of the courses applied
